Additional Information
• We offer 20% discount on the base rate for non-holiday Mon – Thurs bookings for July, August
• We have a minimum pax of 100 for Fri to Sun bookings that are 2 weeks ahead of time
• We have a minimum pax of 50 for Mon-Thurs bookings that are 1 month ahead of time for April, May and Sept to Dec
• Bookings that are at 2 weeks in advance requires a minimum booking amount depending on the season
• We can accommodate up to 200 guest for all kinds of events. (Subject to IATF restrictions during pandemic)
• A minimum of 50% down payment is required to book a time slot. The down payment is not refundable. Please see the full details of our contract prior to paying the down payment. You can see our agreement here
• +12% VAT will be added to your booking

Pandemic Requirements
• Tyvo Resort is inside a subdivision. As part of the pandemic contact tracing, all bookings are required to submit the names and numbers of each guests aged between 15-65
• Deadline of the submission of the complete guest lists is 3 days before the event date. Tyvo Resort will not be responsible should guests not be able to enter the subdivision due to late submission of list.
